Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Executive Team will be a founding member of the newly created Executive Recruiting team. This will be a key role supporting the function as it builds its processes and materials, while also delivering on existing search work.

The core responsibilities are:
**Scheduling**:
- Develop a system to track and monitor scheduling across all executive recruiting processes.
- Leverage Moody’s tools (Kenexa/Brassring, SAP, and Outlook) to ensure data accuracy and reporting are seamless and manageable for the team.
**Relationship Management**:
- Balance cultivating relationships with the need to push search processes forward.
- Use judgement and relationship capital when problem solving and raising challenges or flags with hiring teams.
**Project Management**:
- Partner closely with recruiters on effective practices and solutions we need to build and/or solve for to create a best-in-class function.
- Lead administrative processes, such as uploading requisitions and processing offers (to name a few).
- Provide out-of-the box thinking and creativity; participate in brainstorming and solutioning.
- Bring great ideas to the table for conversation, with a willingness to dive in on special projects and stretch assignments as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting an executive leadership team, either within a People function or within the business itself.
- Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of service at all levels, for both internal and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail, with a a motivation to be highly organized and efficient.
- Thrives in organizations undergoing a build and/or moment of change.
- Enjoys collaborating with others and being part of a cohesive team.
- Excels at autonomously problem-solving new or unique situations.
