Position: Talent Acquisition Intern

Duration: 3 months internship

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in sourcing top talent through various channels and platforms.

Support recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.

Maintain recruitment databases and ensure data accuracy.

Collaborate with the HR team on various talent acquisition projects.

**Requirements**:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Enthusiasm for talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Familiarity with recruitment practices and tools (previous internship experience is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
