As a Personal Secretary, you will provide high-level administrative support to an executive or an individual, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient time management. You will be responsible for handling various tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining confidential information.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Schedule Management**:
- Organize and maintain the executive's calendar, ensuring appointments, meetings, and events are properly scheduled.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- **Communication Management**:
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, letters, memos, and reports as needed.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, arranging venues, and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items as required.
- **Confidentiality**:
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Manage confidential documents and ensure secure storage and disposal.
- **Task Prioritization**:
- Prioritize tasks and requests to ensure deadlines are met and important matters are addressed promptly.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively provide support.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, replenishing as necessary.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and other team members, departments, and external contacts.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

**Salary**: ₹13,776.66 - ₹30,000.00 per month
