As a BIM Trainer at BIM Mantra Academy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training programs to individuals and organizations looking to enhance their proficiency in BIM technology. This position offers an exciting opportunity to share your expertise and contribute to the development of skilled BIM professionals capable of navigating projects from 2D to 7D dimensions.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop comprehensive training modules covering various aspects of BIM, from basic concepts to advanced techniques across dimensions ranging from 2D to 7D.
- **Content Creation**: Create instructional materials, including presentations, manuals, tutorials, and videos, to supplement training sessions and facilitate self-paced learning for participants.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Evaluate trainee performance through quizzes, assignments, and practical assessments. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help participants improve their skills and understanding of BIM concepts.
- **Industry Trends**: Stay abreast of the latest developments, trends, and advancements in BIM technology, standards, and practices. Incorporate relevant updates into training curriculum and delivery methods.
- **Client Engagement**: Collaborate with clients to understand their training requirements and customize training programs to meet their specific needs and objectives. Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional training experiences and value-added services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience working with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP) in a professional setting.
- Proven track record of delivering BIM training programs or workshops to individuals or organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of BIM concepts, methodologies, standards (e.g., ISO 19650), and industry best practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of trainees, clients, and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing training needs, schedules, and delivery formats (e.g., in-person, virtual, hybrid).

**Salary**: ₹344,366.73 - ₹1,449,674.48 per year
