**Job Title**: BIM Design Coordinator

**Location**: Pune

**Years of experience-**4-6 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the BIM process for design and construction projects, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for BIM models, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure that designs adhere to US standards and specifications.
- Prepare, maintain, and update BIM models and drawings using Revit software.
- Conduct clash detection, design reviews, and assist in the coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
- Support the project team with BIM-related queries and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on the integration of MEP or Architectural systems in BIM models.
- Participate in regular project meetings and ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in MEP, Architecture, or related field.
- 4-6 years of professional experience as a BIM Design Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Proven experience working with US standards in BIM and construction.
- Proficiency in Revit software (compulsory).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
