Job Title: Course Counsellor Department: Sales

Location: Bangalore (Silk Board)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Assistant Manager (AM)

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counselling:

- Guide students in selecting courses and programs that align with their career goals.
- Provide comprehensive details on program offerings, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Conduct personalized counselling sessions through in-person meetings, phone calls, or virtual consultations.

Admissions & Enrolment Support:

- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for students.

Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Follow up with prospective students to address their queries and encourage enrolment.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks:

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on counselling activities and enrolment progress.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in student counselling, admissions, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-driven with the ability to achieve enrolment targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of [specific courses/industries if applicable].
- Multilingual proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
