Job Title: Data Entry Executive

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a
Data Entry Executive. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating various types of data into our computer systems and databases. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to gain experience and start their career in data management and administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data into computer systems and databases with speed and accuracy.
- Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies, making necessary corrections as needed.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring all relevant information is included.
- Retrieve data from various sources and input it into the appropriate systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered and handled.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as requested.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity.
- Stay updated on data entry best practices and industry standards.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Graduate
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field is preferred but not compulsory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient typing and data entry skills.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and data management software.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.

**Salary**: Up to ₹100,000.00 per year
