As a Data Entry Intern, you will be responsible for inputting a large volume of information into our databases accurately and efficiently. You will collaborate with the rest of the administrative team to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies. **Responsibilities**: - Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms - Check completed work for accuracy and make any required changes immediately - Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors - Assist with data verification and cleaning tasks - Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office **Requirements**: - Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word - Excellent typing skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Prior data entry experience is a plus **Benefits**: - Hands-on experience in a professional office environment - Opportunity to learn and develop data entry skills This is a full-time internship position and offers the chance to gain valuable experience in data management and administrative support.
