Responsibilities:

- Enter and update data in our company's database systems with speed and accuracy.
- Verify the accuracy of entered data by comparing it to source documents.
- Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data.
- Prepare and organize electronic and physical files for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist in data analysis and generate reports based on the collected data.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all data by following company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems) or a recent graduate.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using computer software and data entry tools.
- Familiarity with data management systems and basic database concepts.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: Up to ₹13,000.00 per month
