- Spare parts and accessories demand generation in Retail market.
>Achievement of Targeted sales and profitability for the Region.
>Appointment of Distributors in each state as per targeted Network expansion guidelines.
>Implementation of policies, targets and schemes from Distributors to Technicians levels.
>Implementation of Loyalty programme at Retail points and service Technicians.
>Competitors and market feedback on time to HQ.
>System and process implementation at all channel partners.
>Proper guidance trainings and Team management of Parts managers.
>Execution of Branding and BTL activities as per Target for the Region.
>New product development across the region.
>System and process implementation at all channel partners

>Retail spares Sales experience in HVAC industry.
>Knowledge of SPD (Spare Parts Dealer) network
>Knowledge of Channel Sales Management
>Knowledge of SAP/DMS
>MS-office Knowledge
>Language-Hindi & English-Mandatory
