Spare Parts Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain stock of sewing machine spare parts.
- Organize and label parts systematically for easy access and tracking.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and deliveries.
- Issue spare parts based on internal and customer requirements.
- Keep accurate records of inventory levels using stock management software.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure availability of parts.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the store area.
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend actions.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in the sewing or garment industry.
- Good knowledge of industrial sewing machine spare parts (brands like Juki, Brother, Hikari, Loiva, etc.).
- Ability to use inventory software or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory databases.
- Ability to lift, move, and organize parts as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Experience working in a garment machinery or manufacturing environment.
- Technical understanding of sewing machine functions and part compatibility.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

**Salary**: Competitive and based on experience

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
