Commission new titles in the field of Competition from appropriately qualified authors and coaches,

professionals and institutions.
- Evaluate content sourced from authors for their authenticity, appropriateness and salability.
- Preparation of publication proposals, production handover notes, advance book information sheets

and fulfilment of all other editorial procedures involved in the publication of new and revised titles.
- Taking up commissioning calls as per the need of the commissioning target.

- Monitor sales performance, stock status of backlist titles and recommend revision and price changes

where/when appropriate.
- Take up timely revision of titles.
- Create and edit content, wherever required, on projects assigned.
- Work closely with the desk editors and vendors to ensure quality and timely publication of the

books.
- Work closely with authors and vendors to create support material for books such as online

supplements, videos, solutions, etc.
- Tutor the sales force about the new and revised titles launched.
- Consult with the marketing and sales departments on production specification, design, marketing

strategy, promotional material, for each new title so as to maximize sales and financial return from

that book, both pre
- and post-publication.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
