**Delivery Coordinator - Automobile Industry**

- **Job Overview**:
The Delivery Coordinator is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient vehicle delivery process. This position requires excellent organizational skills, coordination with multiple departments, and effective customer communication to enhance vehicle delivery experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the **vehicle delivery process** from order confirmation to final handover.
- Ensure all **documentation, registration, and insurance formalities** are completed before delivery.
- Maintain communication with the **sales team, customers, and finance department** to schedule timely deliveries.
- Conduct **pre-delivery inspections** to ensure vehicles meet quality and compliance standards.
- Provide customers with **detailed vehicle demonstrations**, explaining features, warranty, and service schedules.
- Address any last-minute customer queries or concerns before delivery.
- Ensure proper stock management and availability of vehicles for delivery.
- Work closely with the **workshop team** to ensure vehicles are prepared for on-time delivery.
- Handle **customer feedback** and assist in resolving any delivery-related issues.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum Graduate (Preferred: Degree/Diploma in Automobile/Business Management)
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a similar role within the automobile industry
- Strong **customer service** and communication skills
- Ability to handle **multiple deliveries** and work under pressure
- Knowledge of **vehicle documentation and registration processes**:

- A valid **driving license** is preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
