Job Purpose:
To insure and deliver high level of service to all phoning customers and provide the best solutions that match client’s requirements and expectations. Boost the revenue from each invoice by Cross-sell and up-sell company products and services.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Customers
- Understand the Automotive market (car brands, types and models), (tires brands, patterns and sizes)
- Greet phoning customers.
- Understand customer’s needs and expectation.
- Provide and propose the best solution that meets customers’ needs.
- Quote and close the sales order on the initial customer enquiry.
- Up-sell and cross-sell company products and services offered by the outlet to maximize the turnover and profits.
- Create job order and manage/schedule jobs to mobile van operators accordingly.
- Follow-up on job progress and update customers accordingly.
- Effectively manage and solve customers’ complains.
- Feed and update customers’ information in the system.

2. Internal relationships
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with operational colleagues and workshop staff.
- Network and communicate at all levels with both internal and external customers where necessary.
- Share knowledge and experiences to assist with the learning of other salesmen throughout your branch department and other branches as well.
- Act as a mentor to other members of the Sales Team.

3. Ways of working
- Promote and work to the Company’s culture through the Vision and Values.
- Implement and carryout work according to the company SOP “Standard Operation Procedure” policy.
- Be professional and approachable at all times, providing an excellent service to all customers.
- Manage time in the work place.
- Deliver on individual and company goals and objectives.
- Constantly promote the Health and Safety approach within the department, ensuring that all necessary preventative and corrective Health and Safety actions are taken as required.
- Ensure full compliance to the accident-reporting process.
- Ensure the appropriate and professional usage of all company assets.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,448.04 per month

- Hubli, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
