Customer Support Representative

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical, or logistics) to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process customer requests like refunds, product exchanges, or account updates.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the front-end support or relevant departments.
- Generate regular reports on customer service metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for internal processes and FAQs.
- Work closely with the front-end support team to ensure seamless customer service experience.
**Key Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a back-end or non-voice role.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
