Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and engage potential clients across target industries and geographic regions.Execute outbound activities including calls, emails, outreach, and personalized messaging.Respond to inbound leads promptly and qualify them based on need, budget, timeline, and fit.Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements related to cloud hosting, DaaS, SaaS hosting, managed services, or cloud migration.Nurture prospects through structured follow-ups, content sharing, and value-driven communication.Schedule high-intent meetings/demos for Account Executives.Work closely with marketing on campaigns, events, and content-driven outreach.Stay updated on cloud industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points.Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine messaging and positioning.Required SkillsStrong understanding of cloud solutions such as hosting, virtualization, VDI/DaaS, managed IT services, or cloud security.Proven ability to generate qualified leads and consistently meet monthly/quarterly targets.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and articulate value propositions clearly.Highly organized with strong follow-through and pipeline management skills.QualificationsBachelor’s degree (required).MBA is preferred, but not mandatory.4–6 years of experience as an SDR or Business Development Representative in cloud hosting, IT services, SaaS, or technology domains.Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into customer value.ABOUT RTDSFounded in 2010, Real Time Data Services (RTDS) is a group of companies excelling in global information technology, specializing in Cloud Computing.
