We are looking for a responsible **Administrator** to manage our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our team and coordinate all daily administrative activities.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Organize & **Prepare company documents **& required reports
- Scheduling cost effective air/hotel/ground **travel & logistics arrangement**. Create detailed travel itineraries
- **Maintain Employee records,** expense reports, order & maintain office supplies
- **Bookkeeping of expenses,** data entry of all expenses and managing the **bank account transactions**:
- Book meetings, **manage calendars** & schedule events
- Liaise with executive, managers for handling any queries
- Update office policies and ensure compliance with them
**Skills Required**:
- **Proven experience** as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Effective organizational, **time management & multitasking skills**:
- Strong **written and oral communication** skills
- **Problem-solving attitude** with an eye for detail
- Good hands-on **experience with office management tools** (doc & spreadsheet)
**Education**: Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**: 2-3 years of experience (preferred)
**Commute**:Ability to commute to the company office at Shivajinagar. Should preferably have his/her 2 wheeler with license
