Assess the creditworthiness of loan applicants by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information. Evaluate risk factors and make informed decisions on loan approvals or rejections.
- Structure loan terms and conditions based on the borrower's financial situation, risk profile, and the company's lending policies. Determine appropriate interest rates, repayment schedules, and loan amounts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices in lending and credit operations. Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting lending activities.
- Monitor loan portfolios to identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them. Implement risk assessment techniques and strategies to maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
- Prepare loan documentation, including loan agreements, promissory notes, and other legal documents. Maintain accurate records of loan transactions, payments, and communications with borrowers.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong understanding of financial statements, credit risk assessment techniques, and lending principles.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing lending activities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with borrowers, colleagues, and regulatory authorities.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
