**Customer Support Associate with no tragets (Fresher can also apply)**
**Job Responsibilities -**
- Reply to customer messages.
- Connecting with customers through E-mail, chat, messages, and calls as and when needed.
- Appeal A to Z claims.
- Resolve and close negative feedback.
- Managing returns.
- Feedback from customers. Send messages to get positive feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to resolve queries
- Ability to resolve escalated customer issues
- Responsible for resolution for queries on day-to-day Order Processing, Deliveries and Returns of Customer Orders
- Coordinate with other teams like in-house team, external vendors like delivery partners, warehouse, and logistic partners on execution of e-commerce activities.
- Maintain understanding of E-commerce practices for better resolution of customer queries.
- Manage the quality of Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Prepare Insights Report on the data mining outcome.
- Experience in calling and speaking to customers (Dometically and Internationally)
- Excellent communication in English (Spoken / Written).
- Good MS Excel skills (Preferable VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP and Pivot table).
- Should be a quick learner and able to contribute to bringing positive feedback from customers by using effective methods and media.
- Should be able to join immediately at least within 7- 15 days if selected.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
