**Position Summary**:
We seek a dedicated and experienced Structured Cabling Installer to support the physical installation of copper and fibre optic cabling infrastructure across various commercial and data centre projects in India. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who take pride in clean, precise installation work and understand the importance of structured cabling in high-performance network environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Install, terminate, and test Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a copper cabling and single-mode/multi-mode fibre optic systems.**

**Perform cable pulling, routing, dressing, labelling, and patching following company and industry standards.**

**Install cabling infrastructure, including cable trays, conduits, raceways, patch panels, racks, and cabinets.**

**Follow project drawings and layout plans to execute structured cabling tasks accurately.**

**Conduct testing and certifying cables using Fluke testers and OTDR tools to verify performance.**

**Assist with containment installation and data hall preparation, including mounting and grounding hardware.**

**Maintain clean and organised workspaces in compliance with safety regulations.**

**Work under the direction of a Site Supervisor or Project Manager to complete tasks on time and to specification.**

**Document all completed work, including cable labelling and test results.**

**Participate in quality control inspections and rectify any identified deficiencies.**

**Maintain accurate records of cable infrastructure, including diagrams and labelling schemes.**

**Collaborate with other technical teams to support network and IT infrastructure needs.**

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
**Minimum 2-3 years of experience in structured cabling installation.**

**Solid understanding of copper and fibre optic cabling types, termination standards, and installation best practices.**

**Ability to use basic cabling tools, hand tools, testers, and fibre cleaning kits.**

**Familiarity with TIA/EIA, ANSI, and BICSI installation standards.**

**Physically fit and capable of working on ladders, raised floors, or confined spaces.**

**Willingness to travel to different project locations within India.**

**Team player with a proactive work ethic and strong attention to detail.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:
**Technical Diploma or ITI certification in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field**

**BICSI Installer 1 or equivalent structured cabling training.**

**Prior experience working in data centres or high-density IT environments.**
