**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales / Business Development Executive** to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the hotel through proactive sales efforts and strategic partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and develop new business opportunities** in target markets such as corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, event planners, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments.
- **Conduct client visits, sales calls, presentations**, and hotel site inspections to promote the property and its services.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry expos to enhance the hotel’s visibility and build new contacts.
- **Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans** on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
