**Job Description**
We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Hotel Booking Executive to manage all booking-related activities from home. The role involves handling customer calls, responding to booking inquiries, confirming reservations, and coordinating with the hotel management.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and respond to all incoming customer calls promptly
- Handle room booking inquiries via phone and messaging platforms
- Confirm, modify, and cancel bookings as per customer requests
- Maintain accurate booking records and guest details
- Coordinate with hotel management regarding availability and reservations
- Ensure polite, professional, and helpful communication at all times
**Requirements**
- Prior experience in hotel reception, reservations, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language (mention if any specific language is required)
- Ability to attend calls responsibly and regularly
- Basic knowledge of smartphone usage and messaging apps (WhatsApp, etc.)
- Internet connectivity and a quiet work-from-home environment
- Honest, punctual, and customer-oriented attitude
Work Schedule: 12 pm to 09 pm
- Must be available to attend customer calls during working hours
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
