**Job Summary**

The Logistics & Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing all logistics, dispatch, and related inventory activities at the production unit. The role ensures smooth inward movement of materials, proper inspection & documentation, efficient storage, and timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities** **Logistics & Dispatch**
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor dispatch schedules for timely delivery of finished products to clients.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation before dispatch.
- Liaise with transporters and track shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Optimize logistics costs while ensuring safety and compliance.

**Inventory & Material Management**
- Coordinate with stores and production teams for inward and outward material movement.
- Verify GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and update stock records in ERP/manual systems.
- Inspect received raw materials and consumables for quality, quantity, and condition as per purchase order specifications.
- Report discrepancies and damages to procurement/quality departments.
- Assist in inventory control through regular stock audits, bin card updates, and FIFO/ABC practices.

**Coordination & Compliance**
- Work closely with production, stores, procurement, and quality departments to align supply chain activities.
- Ensure all logistics and dispatch operations comply with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on logistics and dispatch activities.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and dispatch processes.
- Familiarity with inventory handling, GRN, and inspection procedures.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/Excel for inventory and logistics documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills with transporters and internal departments.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to accuracy and timelines.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical, or relevant discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics/dispatch/store functions, preferably in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of mechanical components and industrial materials will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
