**Fleet Coordinator**

**Job Description**:

- Manage fleet/driver team including driver recruitment, maintaining monthly attendance register.
- Onboarding/Offboarding of drivers
- Coordinate with the internal fleet team and fleet head.
- Coordinate and track the training program for the fleet team.
- Supervision of workflow progress in the fleet department.
- Implements departmental vehicle activities.
- Maintain the database of spare parts inventory, details of fleet team, fuel consumption.
- Coordinate with external vendors & mechanics.
- Assistance in vehicle purchase & replacement, process improvement.
- Ensure required compliances are met internally and externally.

Job Specification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in fleet/logistics management (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration
- Proficiency in MS-Office
- Knowledge of the local area.
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
