Position Logistics Dispatch Executive - Supply Chain Management Location Liasotech Private Limited Jamshedpur Production Unit Industry Oil Filtration Machine Manufacturing Employment Type Full-Time Salary 18 000 - 20 000 per month Benefits PF ESIC Bonus Paid Leaves Uniform and other benefits as per company norms Company Overview Liasotech Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of high-efficiency oil filtration machines committed to delivering world-class solutions to industrial clients With innovation quality and customer satisfaction at our core we continuously strive to achieve operational excellence in production and supply chain management Job Summary The Logistics Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing all logistics dispatch and related inventory activities at the production unit The role ensures smooth inward movement of materials proper inspection documentation efficient storage and timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer requirements Key Responsibilities Logistics Dispatch Plan coordinate and monitor dispatch schedules for timely delivery of finished products to clients Ensure proper packaging labeling and documentation before dispatch Liaise with transporters and track shipments to ensure on-time deliveries Maintain dispatch records delivery challans and invoices Optimize logistics costs while ensuring safety and compliance Inventory Material Management Coordinate with stores and production teams for inward and outward material movement Verify GRN Goods Receipt Note and update stock records in ERP manual systems Inspect received raw materials and consumables for quality quantity and condition as per purchase order specifications Report discrepancies and damages to procurement quality departments Assist in inventory control through regular stock audits bin card updates and FIFO ABC practices Coordination Compliance Work closely with production stores procurement and quality departments to align supply chain activities Ensure all logistics and dispatch operations comply with company policies and statutory regulations Prepare daily weekly MIS reports on logistics and dispatch activities Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of supply chain logistics and dispatch processes Familiarity with inventory handling GRN and inspection procedures Basic knowledge of ERP Excel for inventory and logistics documentation Good communication and coordination skills with transporters and internal departments Problem-solving attitude with attention to accuracy and timelines Qualifications Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Logistics Mechanical or relevant discipline 2-4 years of experience in logistics dispatch store functions preferably in manufacturing Knowledge of mechanical components and industrial materials will be an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
