Degree / Post graduate in civil engineering from a recognized university with more than 20 years of relevant work experience, with at least three years in a similar capacity. To lead the construction function. Direct and control smooth execution of real estate residential/commercial high-rise projects at multiple locations in western suburbs of Mumbai, as per required standards within the agreed budget and timelines.

Proficient in project planning and scoping. Develops and implements construction strategies in line with organizational priorities and goals. Develops comprehensive and accurate programmes of work. Able to ramp up project timelines.

Proactively coordinates for timely architectural and engineering inputs. Effectively manages outsourced agencies such as Architects, Consultants and specialist vendors.

Aligns with the other functions such as Liaison, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Finance & Accounts.

Provides value engineering inputs and reliable budgets.

**Salary**: ₹170,020.30 - ₹352,721.75 per year
