**Job Description:

- **
- **Project Planning and Execution**: Develop comprehensive project plans and lead execution strategies for residential and data center projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all project phases are completed on time and within budget.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards of construction and safety across all projects.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address unforeseen challenges during the project lifecycle.
- **Software Proficiency**: Revit, Auto-CAD, Primavera P6, MS-Office, MS Project

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 19-20 years of experience in project management within the real estate, residential, or data center construction sectors.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field is required.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Project Management or a related field
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in large-scale construction projects

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
