**Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Care & Support**
- Educate patients on fertility treatments, medications, and IVF procedures.
- Provide emotional support and counseling throughout the treatment cycle.
- Monitor patients during ovarian stimulation and egg retrieval processes.

**2. Clinical Duties**
- Assist in IVF procedures such as OPU (Ovum Pick-Up), Embryo Transfer (ET), and IUI.
- Administer fertility medications and injections as prescribed.
- Monitor patients for side effects or complications and report to the physician.

**3. Coordination & Communication**
- Coordinate scheduling of IVF cycles, ultrasounds, and lab tests.
- Maintain clear communication between patients, doctors, embryologists, and lab technicians.
- Explain instructions related to medication protocols, dietary restrictions, and follow-up visits.

**4. Documentation & Record Keeping**
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
- Document treatment plans, medication administration, and patient progress in the EMR system.

**5. Compliance & Quality**
- Follow hospital and national guidelines for patient safety and infection control.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are sterile and available for procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of latest fertility practices and advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with State Nursing Council.
- IVF/ART training certification preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fertility clinic or women’s health setting.
- Experience in handling IVF protocols, injections, and patient education.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
