Ivf Counsellor

**Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Counselling & Emotional Support**
- Provide empathetic counselling to patients and couples facing fertility challenges.
- Help patients cope with stress, anxiety, and emotional distress related to infertility and treatment outcomes.
- Conduct individual, couple, and group sessions as needed.

**2. Pre
- and Post-Treatment Counselling**
- Offer mandatory counselling before procedures like donor insemination, egg/sperm donation, surrogacy, and embryo freezing.
- Discuss ethical, emotional, social, and legal implications of ART options.
- Ensure patients fully understand treatment risks, success rates, and alternatives.

**3. Patient Education**
- Educate patients on IVF protocols, timelines, potential outcomes, and follow-up.
- Guide patients in understanding treatment expectations and managing lifestyle modifications.

**4. Documentation & Coordination**
- Maintain detailed and confidential counselling records.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, embryologists, and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient care.
- Assist in creating patient-friendly information materials.

**5. Legal & Ethical Compliance**
- Ensure that all counselling complies with ART regulations and ethical guidelines (e.g., ICMR/ART Act).
- Facilitate signing of informed consents for procedures involving third-party reproduction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
