**Position**: OT Nurse (GYN/IVF/Labour Room)

**Location**:Aund Pune

**Experience**: 1-5 years

**Employment Type**: Full-time Rotational (including night shifts)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in gynecological surgeries, IVF procedures, and delivery room operations
- Ensure proper preparation, sterilization, and handling of OT instruments and surgical equipment
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care as per medical standards
- Maintain aseptic conditions and follow all OT protocols diligently
- Support doctors and anesthetists during procedures in IVF, obstetric surgeries, and labor room cases
- Coordinate with lab, pharmacy, and other clinical teams to ensure smooth procedural flow
- Document nursing interventions, patient records, and critical observations accurately
- Handle emergencies in the OT/labor room confidently and promptly
- Train and guide junior nursing staff when required
- GNM/B.Sc Nursing with valid registration
- 1-5 years of OT nursing experience, specifically in GYN, IVF, or Labor Room setups
- Sound knowledge of infection control practices and OT standards
- Calm, detail-oriented, and emotionally resilient in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to work in shifts and on-call duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
