**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-Procedure Care**:

- Assist in preparing patients for surgery or treatment procedures.
- Ensure patients are comfortable and informed about their treatments.
- Monitor and record patient vitals, ensuring safety prior to surgery or procedure.
- **OT Assistance**:

- Prepare operating rooms with the necessary surgical instruments and sterile supplies.
- Assist the surgical team during procedures, including hair transplant surgeries and skin treatments.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Assist in positioning patients and ensuring they are comfortable during the procedure.
- Monitor patient vitals during surgeries and ensure their safety.
- **Post-Procedure Care**:

- Monitor patients in recovery after surgery or treatment.
- Provide patient education regarding post-procedure care and recovery plans.
- Address any concerns and assist with the management of post-operative discomfort or complications.
- Follow up with patients to ensure proper healing and satisfaction with the results.
- **Administrative and Clinical Support**:

- Maintain patient records and ensure all necessary information is documented.
- Assist with inventory management of medical supplies and equipment in the OT and clinic.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Nursing Degree: ANM/ GNM/ BSc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an OT or clinical nursing environment (cosmetic surgery or dermatology experience is preferred).
- Experience with hair transplant, laser treatments, or aesthetic procedures is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
- Strong knowledge of infection control, sterilization practices, and medical safety protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and the medical team.
- Ability to assist with various medical procedures and provide high-quality care.
