**Job Summary**:
The Social Media Marketing and Coordination Specialist will be responsible for
coordinating social media campaigns, managing cross-functional team
communications, and ensuring that all social media activities align with our
brand and marketing goals. This role involves working closely with the Ads
& Branding Team, SMM Team, Studio Manager, Merchandising Team, and PR Team
to create and publish engaging content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather brief from Ads & Branding Team.
- Discuss with SMM Team and get approval from Ads Team.
- Brief Studio Manager and coordinate product/prop delivery.
- Ensure timely delivery and alignment of final output with the brief.
- Share approved content with Ads and SMM Teams.
- Publish posts as scheduled and update the Ads team.
- Follow up with SMM Team on various platforms (Meta, YouTube, Sharechat, Josh, Pinterest, Google Business).
- Coordinate customer review responses and run WhatsApp campaigns.
- Monitor ad campaign status and present new ideas to Ads Team.
- Finalize and share posting schedules.
- Provide monthly reports on social media activities.
- Explore new platforms with SMM Team.
- Coordinate outreach activities with PR Team.
- Manage retail store branding designs.
- Randomly check Meta messages.
- Coordinate E-commerce updates for Giri India/Giri USA and franchisees.
- Organize and lead weekly team meetings.
