**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SMO strategies to elevate brand visibility, engagement, and reach across social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Take charge of managing and optimizing our company profiles on social media platforms to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Craft compelling and engaging content tailored for social media posts, encompassing text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Keep a close eye on social media channels to monitor conversations, trends, and opportunities for audience engagement.
- Drive social media advertising campaigns aimed at promoting our products, services, or events, and achieving specific marketing objectives.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of SMO strategies and campaigns.
- Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement based on social media analytics and insights.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing and optimization.
- Provide regular reports and updates on social media performance, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Manage live webinar backbend operation and marketing and ensure posting regular updates and create engagement on the webinar groups.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of at least 2 years in social media marketing and optimization, with tangible results to showcase.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong creative prowess coupled with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for various social media formats.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Results-driven attitude with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with a knack for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Certification in social media marketing or related fields is a plus.

Immediate Joining

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
