Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Social Media Manager located in Chennai. The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media strategies for clients. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and curating engaging content, developing content strategies, implementing Social Media Optimization (SMO) tactics, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to reach clients' marketing objectives. The role will require exceptional communication and coordination with clients and team members to ensure the delivery of targeted outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
  • Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
  • Experience with analytics tools to track social media performance
  • Understanding of current social media trends and audience behavior
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred ( Any Bachelor degree)
  • Freshers are most welcomed, to deliver fresh Content to our clients
  • Prior experience in the digital marketing field and familiarity with Chennai-based market trends are advantageous
