**Job Role**:

- Social Media Optimization (SMO) Intern

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Assist in creating engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and strategies to drive audience engagement and growth.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Monitor and manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and engaging with followers.
- Implement strategies to increase followers, likes, shares, and overall brand visibility on social media platforms.
- **SEO Integration**:

- Work closely with the SEO team to integrate social media strategies with search engine optimization efforts.
- Optimize social media profiles and content to improve visibility and search rankings.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing key insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Support the marketing team in executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement based on analytics.
- **Trend Research**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and optimization.
- Conduct research on competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹4,000.00 per month
