Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute social media strategies to promote brand visibility, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our digital platforms (Specifically Instagram)

2. Create and curate engaging content for social media channel.

3. Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and engaging with followers to foster community interaction.

4. Analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to optimize content and strategies for maximum impact.

5. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

7. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, audience targeting, and performance tracking.

8. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our social media efforts.

9. Stay informed about relevant regulations and guidelines governing social media marketing practices and ensure compliance in all activities.

10. Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media channels, adhering to brand guidelines and messaging strategies.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2. Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content creation.

3. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (especially Instagram), their features, and best practices for engagement and growth.

4. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise copy for social media posts.

6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.

7. Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual design and storytelling.

8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

9. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

10. Flexibility and adaptability to embrace change and evolve strategies in response to shifting trends and priorities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
