**Responsibilities**:
Handling end-to-end US Onboarding with also being the first point of contact for employees.
- Sending Onboarding paperwork, tax form, I9 form, client docs, etc. to new hires.
- Initiating **background check Drug Test**.
- Make a welcome call to consultants for induction and explaining them the policies and benefits.
- Working with the team to achieve efficient onboarding and supporting them at every point. Reviewing their onboardings and sharing final approvals.
- Responsible for submitting audit reports to clients.
- Need to handle **BGC** screenings on daily basis.
- Responsible for providing training to new joiners and reviewing their progress.
- Participating in client meetings for any new changes to the system.
- Interacting with client for any employment-related concerns.
- Being the first point of contact to employees, responsible to handle grievances and solve their issues on a timely basis.
