We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team at TMI. In this exciting entry-level role, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience for our high volume of new hires. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in HR and gain valuable experience that can fast-track you to an Assistant or Deputy Manager position within our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely completion of all required tasks and paperwork.
- Pre Offer, Post Offer Documentation & validation.
- Salary Negotiation & Offer management.
- Joining Formalities & Ecode generation assistance
- Be the primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing support throughout their onboarding journey.
- Schedule and coordinate onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, training programs, and meet-and-greets with team members.
- Process new hire paperwork, including verification and benefits enrolment.
- Maintain accurate records and track onboarding progress for all new hires.
- Identify and troubleshoot any onboarding issues, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
- Partner with hiring managers and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding processes based on feedback and data.
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including checklists, presentations, and online resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a employee onboarding or administrative role (a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR software (a plus).
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for building relationships.
