We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Public Chargers for electric vehicles (EVs). In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for BMS and Public Chargers within the electric vehicle market segment.
- Identify and prioritize key target customers, including EV manufacturers, charging network operators, fleet owners, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects through regular communication and effective account management.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and engineering to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product roadmap and customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our BMS and Public Charger solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to secure profitable business agreements.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and standards related to EV technology, BMS, and charging infrastructure.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and expand the network of contacts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive, electronics, or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle technology, battery management systems, and charging infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.

**Salary**: ₹32,542.33 - ₹80,000.00 per month
