Task Robots is looking for a friendly and hardworking Telecaller with at least 6 months of experience in e-commerce. You will be handling customer calls, helping with orders, and answering questions about our products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make and receive customer calls.
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, and returns.
- Provide information on products, offers, and discounts.
- Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Work with the team to ensure smooth order processing.

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 months of experience in e-commerce customer service.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to manage multiple calls efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and customer service tools.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
