
Customer Care Executive

As a Customer Care Executive at Toprico, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to messages and answering calls from our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- **Providing Product Information**: Offering detailed information about our products, including features, sizing, availability, and pricing.
- **Processing Orders and Returns**: Assisting customers with order placements, modifications, cancellations, and returns in accordance with company policies.
- **Troubleshooting Issues**: Identifying and resolving customer issues, such as delivery delays, product defects, and payment discrepancies, with empathy and professionalism.
- **Maintaining Records**: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions using our CRM system.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
