Experience - 2 to 3 Yrs.
-Daily Status Report sending to Customer through system
Should be team Player
- Excellent planning, communication, organizational and development skills
Assist in the development of department work instructions to ensure timely classifications of Rockwell Automation products.
Act resourcefully to ensure that work is completed within specified time and quality parameters.
Strong interpersonal skills and the willingness to work well in a team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

-Interacting with overseas agent for rates purpose of Sea import FLC & Air Import shipments based on the INCO terms
Preparation quotation for air/ocean export & import in Fresa Technologies software, send to concern customer, CHA and overseas agents and doing follow-up with them till for the shipment confirmation/feedback.
Preparation HAWB/BL for air/ocean export shipments to get the approval from concern customer, CHA and overseas agents
Upload the air import pre-alert documents of console shipments in Kale Logistics software for weight/dimension verification/confirmation from airport Air India Sats & Menzies Bobba
Upload the ocean import pre-alert, KYC documents of console shipments in Odex
Preparation of air/ocean import shipment freight certificate/cargo arrival notice.
Preparation of Sales Report & keep updates to Mumbai Office
Preparation & arrange the ocean FCL import shipments, Bond, pre-alert, Security Deposit cheque/DD/NEFT details to collect the Delivery Order from concern shipping line
Release online Delivery Order once paid the airlines payment & get online DO release from concern airlines
Preparation of manual House Delivery Order for ocean FCL import console shipments
Preparation & send the IOU request to A/c & Finance team for airlines Delivery Order payment, Airport Authority Terminal & CFS charges to concern airlines/CHA
Do follow-up with CHA for customs clearance & Forwarder for pre-alert of export & import shipment
Arrange the vehicle for air/ocean export shipments cargo pick-up and as well for cargo delivery of import shipments,
Arrange final post clearance documents and do prepare Tax Invoice and send for the concern customer, overseas agents and CHA for approval,
Finally, once get approved the tax invoices from customer, send for a/c team to generate IRN/E-Invoice then dispatch by courier/hand over along with supporting documents.
