**About Role**:
Ensure efficiency in the Company’s Imports-Export Logistics System and ensuring accountability for all Company resources especially cash and Cheques.
Facilitator should manage the import coming to the home country as well as exporting of goods going out of the home country along with the general duties at office.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Manage stock Inventory as or when required.
- Manage all the accounting activity for EXPEDIO like purchase entry/Sales Entry/Invoice generating/GST compliances and all the activity related to accounts.
- Co-ordinate with the Warehouse, Sales and other relevant departments to determine items to order.
- Liaising with Clearing Agents on cargo clearance with Customs.
- Filing and keeping records of all imports documents.
- Overall Co-ordination between warehouse, accounts and Sales Team on orders requisition and product specifications
- Ensure that movement of product/material inward or outward from the company will be processed as per relevant local and international rules & regulations.
- Negotiate contracts for Sales/Purchase and manage, renew review, contract as or when require enabling effective trading, operations, customers, suppliers, and vendors.
**Financial**
- Prepare and submit relevant document in a timely manner like: shipping schedule/Letter of credit/ECGD document/License/Declaration forms/packing/routing/transportations/Safety documentations.
- Manage periodic review for Gopani Account.
- Gopani Accounting management like: export-import Purchase/Sales order entry/Invoice Generation/legal compliances and all other activities related to import-Export.
- Request for Proforma Invoices from Overseas Suppliers
- Any other duty that may be assigned by the Managing or Financial Directors
- Keep up with ever changing Government Policies and Tariffs on Importation of Goods.
- Always maintain key contact with overseas suppliers, Bankers, customs & Excise Dept, Clearing & Forwarding agents.
- Ensure tie-ups with F & F agents are beneficial for the company.
- Conduct quarterly review of existing agents & other parties.
- Take remedial action against concern party if performance is negative.
v **Process**
- Effective tracking of inventory levels.
- Maintain general administration.
- Processing of Overseas Purchase orders
- Processing of payments for Suppliers/customers.
- Process currency transactions in accordance with policy and laws to optimise cost-effective activities.
- Expediting/routine follow up on status of goods to ensure that suppliers meet delivery promises.
- Expediting inspection of goods received.
- Export Documents Preparation when requested by clients

- Ensure skill enhancement and enhance self development.
- Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
- Maintain the Attendance, punctuality and discipline.
- Maintain Interpersonal relationship.
- Learn & Develop skill and knowledge in National & International laws and legislation.
**Qualifications**
- **Education Qualifications**:Graduate/ PG in Import Export Management, Documentation, International Business Management.
- **Specialized knowledge**: knowledge of commercial reports, liaising reports, Government Tariffs on Import-Export knowledge.
- **Skills**: skill required to have a great understanding of domestic and world economy, must have strong communications skills and basic computer skills, dealing with customers, interact with the international business community
- **Abilities**: Ability to work with all the person concern with Import export Dept., ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- **Personal characteristics**: Confident, pleasing personality, good communication
- written and verbal.
- **Experience**:7-8 years of experience with basic fundamentals in Import-Export Documentation process and Liaising work.
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
