**Job Summary**: The Back Office Executive is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the back office. This role involves handling various tasks such as data management, processing transactions, and supporting front office staff. The Back Office Executive must ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems. Ensure data accuracy and integrity. Perform regular data backups.
- **Documentation**: Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and reports. Handle document retrieval and filing. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- **Transaction Processing**: Process transactions and handle inquiries related to orders, payments, and accounts. Verify and reconcile financial data. Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- **Support to Front Office**: Provide administrative support to front office staff as needed. Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments. Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. Place orders for supplies and ensure timely delivery. Manage stock levels and update records.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular and ad hoc reports as required by management. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
- **Compliance and Security**: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
