**Job Title: Purchase Executive (For Garment Mfg. Company - Bhiwandi)**

**Job Description**:
As a Purchase Executive in our garment manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in sourcing materials, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely procurement to support our production needs. Your responsibilities will include:
**Sourcing and Vendor Management**:
Identifying reliable suppliers for fabrics, trims, accessories, and other materials required for garment production.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.

Evaluating supplier performance and making recommendations for improvements or changes as necessary.

**Price Negotiation**:
Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals while maintaining quality standards.

Continuously seeking cost-saving opportunities and alternatives without compromising product quality.

**Purchase Order Processing**:
Generating purchase orders accurately and efficiently based on production requirements and inventory levels.

Monitoring and tracking order statuses to ensure on-time delivery and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.

**Inventory Management**:
Collaborating with the production team to forecast material requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Implementing inventory control measures to minimize stock outs, excess inventory, and obsolescence.

**Quality Assurance**:
Working closely with the quality control team to ensure that materials meet the required standards and specifications.

Addressing any quality issues or discrepancies with suppliers and taking appropriate corrective actions.

**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.

Generating regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance for management review.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a purchase executive or similar role in the garment manufacturing industry.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with procurement software is a plus.

Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and materials is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
