**1) Good Commercial brain (Analytical power).**

**2) Ability to plan and execute multiple tasks.**

**3) Ability to make a "process for executing some work" for self and the Team.**

**4) Good communication skill (writing & speaking) in English.**

**6) Vendor management, taking prices, follow-up for deliveries.**

**7) Communicate with the vendors for various matters like delivery, QC ,PO Etc**

**8) Debit/Credit note, Ledger reconciliation etc.**

**9) Operate Tally for, issuing PO and other purchase-related accounting entries.**

**10) Data entry like PO,GRN,Purchase,Packing material Etc entry in Tally**

**11) Maintaining different excel sheets like register for goods ordered to vendors, quality issues received record and other sheets to sheets to execute purchase-related work.**

**12) Coordinating with inter-department to give them updates.**

**13) Communication with transporters to arrange vehicles or get delivery of the ordered goods.**

**14) Other mics. Work related to purchase.**

- English, Hindi, Marathi**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
