**Job Title**: Purchase Executive
**Location**: Sonale Village, Bhiwandi
**Experience Required**: 2-3 Years
**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 per month
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week
**Week Off**: Friday
**Joining**: Immediate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for **procurement of raw materials** as per production requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard **new vendors** to improve cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct **vendor evaluation** based on pricing, quality standards, reliability, and capacity.
- Make **vendor visits** as needed to verify production capacity and process standards.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, PO tracking, and inventory coordination.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.
- Work closely with store, accounts, and production departments.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must be open to **travel PAN India** for vendor development and audits as per company requirement.
- Should have good communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and purchase processes.
