Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Executive, based in Bhiwandi. The Purchasing Executive will handle purchasing operations, including managing purchase requisitions and orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services. The role involves consistent communication with vendors to maintain strong relationships, monitoring purchasing trends, and ensuring that all procurement activity adheres to company policies and requirements. Collaborating internally with relevant teams to meet operational needs is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and general Purchase Management
  • Strong skills in Procurement processes and practices
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective vendor and internal stakeholder coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Prior experience as a Purchasing Executive or similar role in a manufacturing or supply chain environment is an advantage
