- Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management roles.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies, procurement best practices, and contract management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CIPS).
- Experience in the relevant industry or sector.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and e-procurement platforms.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
