Kitchen staff responsibilities can include: Preparing food Preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to recipes, ensuring food is cooked to the correct specifications, and following food safety procedures Cleaning Cleaning and disinfecting countertops, prep stations, cooktops, and appliances, as well as sweeping and mopping the floors Communicating Communicating with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure dishes are prepared and cooked in a timely manner, and communicating kitchen needs to supervisors Maintaining equipment Operating and maintaining cooking equipment, such as ovens, stovetops, and grills, and keeping kitchen equipment in working order Managing inventory Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Managing staff Managing kitchen staff, food orders, and budgets to ensure efficient operations, and managing staff hiring, management, and problem-solving Developing menus Planning and developing menus that appeal to customers while meeting the restaurant's financial goals, selecting ingredients, creating recipes, and designing menus that offer a variety of dishes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12-24 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
